NITSKA Returns & Exchanges

We put everything into crafting high-quality fragrances you’ll want to carry everywhere — so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Unopened Returns (Within 14 Days)

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return any unopened and unused NITSKA fragrance within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Sealed, untested, and in their original packaging

To start your return, email luke@nitska.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide full return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.


Opened or Used Fragrances

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your fragrance arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Limited Editions & Founder’s Drops

All limited edition or Founder’s Club releases are produced in small batches and are non-refundable once opened.

If your limited edition bottle arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll assess it on a case-by-case basis.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email luke@nitska.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll respond with return instructions and next steps.

  4. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, your refund will be processed within 5–14 working days.
